Your return request will be accepted if the product/s delivered to you is damaged, defective, different or has missing components. For a clear understanding of the same, please read on.
1. Damaged product: In case of significant damage where the product fails to perform the basic function for which it is intended. Minor damages such as chip-offs, scratches, peel-offs, or torn stitches on upholstery, will be fixed by our team of experts.
2. Defective product: In case there is an unintended flaw in manufacturing such as imbalance, loose joints.
Note: Natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products), are not considered to be defects.
3. Different product: If the delivered product is different from what you ordered. In case, the product is out of stock, Furlenco Customer Care Team will help you with the best possible solution.
Note: Please expect some minor differences in the delivered product, as compared to the image on the website or app in terms of dimension, shape, or colour.
4. Missing components: If the product delivered to you has any missing components or is delivered partially, we will deliver the missing components or replace the product, whichever is applicable.
